The rooms here are fantastic, spacious, and bright, featuring large comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Brilliant, beautiful room with central heating and a private safe. Nice bed, really courteous and very flexible staff. Good location to Cat Ba island, easy to get anywhere. Based close enough to the other boats, and the harbor.

We asked for a double room and it was comfy with a great view. The room had climate control and an individual safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

everything was exceptional, including really courteous staff and good location to the cat ba ferry. we booked deluxe queen room with air conditioning and a great view. location: the hotel was just next door to ha long bay, the cave and the island. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved bai chay district.

The spacious rooms here with a great view, amazing large comfy beds, and massive windows are absolutely brilliant, and the staff is polite and incredibly nice.

We had a blast at this place for 2 days! the room was spotless, had a stunning view, and even offered a wake-up service just in case ⏰. So convenient and enjoyable!

Our trip was amazing! The bay we cruised on was quieter and more peaceful than the popular Ha Long Bay. The rooms were spacious and had stunning ocean views. The food was delicious and catered to my dietary requirements. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring the local village. The activities were fun and offered a unique experience. We also appreciated the fact that the staff arranged an extra excursion for us to explore other attractions in the area.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the boat didn't actually sail overnight, but rather stayed anchored at the port.

I received a free upgrade to a twin/double room with incredibly comfortable large beds, a wonderful gesture.

The room was a good size and had a fantastic view. I appreciated having a shower, hair dryer, and bidet available. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the Harbour, sea, and Cat Ba island.

This cruise provided a peaceful and beautiful experience in Lan Ha Bay. the room was spacious and had a fabulous view. the staff were friendly and helpful, and our guide Trung was excellent. the kayaking and island exploration were highlights, and the food catered to dietary requirements.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very nice and helpful, picking up rubbish from the water and catering to special dietary needs. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy, including fishing, kayaking, and a cooking class. The food was delicious, especially the fish and seafood, and the scenery was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and our room was comfortable and clean.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a wonderful time on our cruise in the bay. The location was perfect for taking in all the beautiful views and enjoying activities like kayaking and snorkeling. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The staff and tour guide were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The meals served were delicious, especially the seafood. We enjoyed relaxing on the top deck in the evenings and taking in the stunning sunset.

Although breakfast was great, the early start time was a bit of a challenge for those who prefer to sleep in on vacation.
